For Dentists/Dental Hygienists-Therapists only - important update
If you or a dentist/dental hygienist-therapist colleague have not received a copy by mid-December 2009 please EMAIL us using the CONTACT button in the top right hand corner of the screen with your name, postal address, GDC number and a request for a copy; which we will then mail. Please note that copies will not be mailed to other team members. We ask this in respect for the sponsorship that makes possible this and other free CPD opportunities that we are able to offer. Please also notify changes of address by the same email method.
A new issue of Team Dental Summary Review for all other DCPs only will be mailed in early 2010.
